Shipping Information
To ensure we can continue offering the highest quality hair at competitive prices, we place our warehouse orders once per week.
Warehouse Order Schedule
- Order cut-off: Every Monday at 5:00 pm (AEST)
- Warehouse orders are placed: Every Monday
- Estimated arrival to us: Wednesday–Thursday of the same week
Once your order arrives at our salon, it will be quality checked, packed and dispatched to you as quickly as possible.
Express Orders
If you require your order before our next scheduled warehouse order, we can arrange an express warehouse shipment. Please note that an additional express shipping fee will apply.
In-Stock Items
Many of our most popular shades and lengths are kept in stock and are dispatched much sooner. If you’re unsure whether your colour is available immediately, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note that the above timeframes are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delays caused by couriers, public holidays, customs or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

• Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner
• Avoid excessive heat without protection
• Brush gently from ends to roots
• Store neatly when not in use
With proper care, your extensions will maintain their softness, shine, and longevity.
Shipping + Returns
Refund + Exchange Policy
LUX Hair is eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not offered.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Hair must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.
